At Murrayfield we try to ensure that no individual or group is unreasonably excluded from any activities, facilities, or services offered. The Ice Rink is easily accessible for visitors with accessibility needs and mobility difficulties. Disabled parking bays are located in our car park near the entrance of the rink. All facilities available at Murrayfield can be gained through ground level access with wide walkways and disabled toilets for wheelchair users. There is also a viewing platform located at the far end of the ice rink which wheelchair users can access during Ice hockey matches. Disabled people can also access the ice on skates or in their own wheelchair depending on individual requirements. Every Thursday morning between 10.30 am - 11.30 pm during term time for organised groups we have a session dedicated to those with a disability wishing to go on the ice with their carer or assistant. Admission price for this session is only £2.00 per person including skate hire if required. If you wish to bring a new group along or if you have any queries or questions please call on 0131 337 6933 and we will be happy to help.
